Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Payment Policy
• $20 deposit required to secure all appointments (applies to service total)
• Remaining balance due upon service completion
• Accepted payments: Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash App
• No refunds on completed services
